You don’t have to say “This is my gay friend, ______”. They should just be your friend. They shouldn’t be considered different for who they love. Just love them like you would anyone else. I’m pretty open with my sexuality, I post things that are pretty out there but it’s more towards the LGBT community itself and about the current issues and misconceptions. If someone asks me, I’ll tell them I’m gay. Otherwise I have no reason to ‘come out’. Nobodies sexuality should define them, it’s such a small and natural part of a person, and that’s why shit like this bothers me. I am NOT Gay James, I don’t eat Gay Breakfast, I don’t Gay drink Gay water, I’m James, I eat breakfast, and I fucking drink water. Simple concept, grasp it.
(I’ve seen some things recently that have bothered me, I acknowledge that most of the time it’s that person wanting to show their support, just know it gets somewhat annoying and overtime it can become offensive. There’s better ways to show your support, and the best way is to love EVERYONE regardless of this or that.)
